I just wanted to share this website with everyone who doesn't already know about it who is trying to keep track of eating, fitness or weight loss. I thought it was pretty cool, not to mention FREE.

You input what you eat and all your exercise and activites every day and it calculates everything and keeps track. It can then generate a lot of interesting reports based on the data you give it, such as calories burned vs. calories eaten or how your weight has changed. It can also give you a report for reaching nutritional requirements or you can make your own personal goals. It's pretty substantial. Check it out!

Thanks betso, once I'm over my current thou-shalt-not-lose-weight stage (other wise known as pregnancy) I'll be checking it out. I lost about 40 pounds in the year before I got pregnant, and am hoping to get back to pre-pregnancy weight quickly and go down from there. Looks like this might help.

I changed the title of this thread to make it more inclusive, instead of having it be about just one website.

Two that I like:

Put Down The Donut (I've mentioned this elsewhere on the site)

Stumptuous (about weightlifting for women)

I enjoy reading The Skinny Daily Post . She has good practical advice, but also writes frequently on emotional or mental issues related to losing weight.

Dude. Miss Alli has a journal about weight/body issues?

Thank you thank you thank you for posting about it here; I'd never have known otherwise, and my life would be the worse for it.
